Why 120+ Beginners In Hobart Are Addicted

"I Came For A Pottery Class.
I Got A Great Experience."

"I came in thinking I'd just make a small bowl or something.

But Ness created this whole experience—not just a class.

The moment I touched the clay, something shifted. I felt grounded in a way I haven't felt in months.

And honestly? The people in that room became instant friends. It was way more fun than I expected.

I'm already signed up for the next one."

— Emma, 29, Marine Science

"This Isn't
Just A Workshop—
It's a self-care studio"

"I was terrified I'd be the worst one there but pottery has become my thing to do. I have other people to make with, I'm creating time for myself, and I'm rediscovering who I am beyond 'mum.'"

— Susan, 58, Retired Teacher

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I’ve never done pottery before? Will I be able to do this?

Absolutely. This space is designed for beginners. We specialize in guiding brand new, never tried pottery before beginners and will be with you every step of the way. You'll be amazed at what you can create.

Will I finish my piece in a night?

You'll finish your piece —yes, really! These 2 1/2-hour sessions are designed so you don't need experience or fancy skills.

 Is everything provided?

Yes!  We provide everything you need. When you arrive we'll have all the essential pottery tools ready for you—from clay preparation to finishing touches.

Tip: Feel free to browse Pinterest or other inspiration sites before you come and bring some ideas with you!

How long does it go for?

These mini workshops are 2 1/2 hours—plenty of time to learn, create, and unwind without rushing.

Actually feel connected — not just sitting in the same room!

Can I come alone or bring a friend?

Please do! Most of our attendees come solo. It’s a wonderful way to meet like-minded people, but there's no pressure to 'make friends.'

It's a great experience either way.

What if I can’t make it after I book?

We get it—life happens. You can transfer your spot to a friend or contact us to discuss a credit for another workshop if you cancel within 14 days of the workshop. No refunds (sorry) within 14 days of the start date. See our full payment terms below. Just let us know as soon as you can via:
